Registered Nurse

Our care service is provided with  a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse with extensive experience in general nursing care. Her expertise in healthcare ensures that residents in our accommodations receive quality, evidenced based care and support.

  • Health Assessments:

    Conducts thorough health assessments for all residents, addressing any medical concerns and developing personalised care plans.

  • Medication Management:

    Manages medication administration and ensures residents receive the right treatments at the right time, assisting with independence and at home administration for those who need it.

Having a designated Registered Nurse on our team is invaluable in ensuring the health and well-being of everyone under our care, from expectant mothers and newborns to individuals with specific learning needs.

Registered Midwife

Registered Midwife: Emily Davis, RM


Our Mother & Baby Unit has a dedicated and experienced Registered Midwife who is passionate about providing personalised care to expectant mothers. Her expertise in midwifery enhances the support for our residents. Care includes:

  • Prenatal Education:

    Comprehensive prenatal education to support healthy pregnancies, prepare mothers for childbirth and the early postpartum period.

  • Antenatal Care:

    Comprehensive antenatal assessments and care plans, offering guidance and support throughout pregnancy.

  • Postnatal Care:

    Postpartum care, assisting new mothers with breastfeeding, infant care, and emotional well-being.

  • Newborn Care:

    Newborn assessments, including feeding, bathing, and ensuring the well-being of the baby.

Our Midwife's presence on our team ensures that our residents have a supportive and knowledgeable guide throughout their pregnancy and childbirth journey that promotes Parent Infant Bonding, supports young mother's mental wellbeing and adaption to parenthood, collaborates with other agencies to support families and long-term independence for young parents.

Specialist Consultancy

Our Specialist Educational, Communication, and Neurodevelopmental Outcomes (SECNO) consultant. He specialises in addressing the specific learning needs of individuals in our care.  Expertise includes:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis:

    Conducts thorough assessments to identify learning and communication challenges.

  • Tailored Interventions:

    Develops personalised intervention plans to enhance skill development and communication for independent living.

  • Advocacy:

    Advocates for the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they have the resources and support required to thrive.

SENCO support plays a pivotal role in assisting individuals with specific learning needs, helping them achieve their full potential in our supported living environment.
